Feeling motivated and driven going into your training can really help you get more out of each session. However some days it's not that easy to get your mind in gear. My go-to methods to get motivated for my workouts are : 1. Checking out my insta idol's posts 2. Motivational YouTube fitness vids 3. Music But on my lowest days music tends to do the trick. Recently have been using @sudio Wireless Bluetooth headphones to fuel my workouts with a touch of music. These are really good for workouts as they are sweat resistant and don't get knotted.
